职位描述

主要工作区域为内蒙古。

利用威马-米可多现有的产品线及品牌，独立完成区域内的销售。

及时跟踪区域内新产品的试验情况, 并及时汇报。

经常拜访经销商、种植户行业内相关者，对收集的信息进行收集和整理。

组织区域内的现场会等推广活动。

把握市场动态，并及时反馈。

将向销售部经理汇报工作，并在遇到困难或者特别事件时得到支持。

任职要求

农业领域相关专业本科及以上学历。

熟悉洋葱、南瓜及胡萝卜相关作物知识优先。

有相关从业经验，了解客户、市场及行业相关信息者，优先考虑。

英语可以读写。

具有良好的组织、规划及分析能力，积极的工作态度、责任感和良好的沟通交流能力。

可以适应经常性的出差。

具备良好的驾驶技能。

工作地点内蒙古。

JOB DESCRIPTION

He/she will mainly work within the region of Inner Mongolia.

Ensure and finish the sale target regionally by using Vilmorin-Mikado’s brands and portfolio.

Follow up and report the situation new product trials on time in the region.

Regular visit to customers, growers or other stakeholders related with this industry. And make a good summery regarding the updates.

Provide a support for the promotion related events in the region.

Sensitive to the market changes and reporting on time.

Will report to SALES DEPARTMENT MANAGER, who can provide support when faced with difficulty or special events.

PROFILE

Agronomist or similar bachelor’s degree or above.

Enough knowledge for onion, kabocha and carrot is preferred.

Well understanding the markets and customers with relevant working experience is preferred.

Can communicate with English on speaking and writing.

Good organization, planning and analysis ability. Positive work, sense of responsibility and good communication.
